We will mail you copies of both the filing and proof of service.

What Are Our Fees
$245.00 for under $1,500 Claims
$295.00 for over $1,501 > $5,000 Claims
$345.00 for $5,001 to $12,500 Claims
Note: The Court ADDS Approximately 1/2 of our fee on to your Judgment. Each Additional Defendant over one is $50.00 for process serving.
We charge $5.00 to process a credit card.
